Not required at the time of submission. If accepted, the presenting author must register within 7 days at the prevailing fee, or the abstract will be withdrawn.

Deadline

5th October 2025(23:59IST) — strictly enforced. Acceptance decisions will be communicated by email after review

Ethics

Work must be original and compliant with institutional/independent ethics committee approvals where applicable.

We are pleased to announce that all residents (JR/SR) fulfilling the following criteria will be provided complimentary stay on a sharing basis:

Registered for the conference

Coming from outstation

Presenting a paper or poster at the conference
